Please open and inspect your packaging immediately upon delivery- if you encounter any issues or questions about your shipment, just give us a call at 281-529-5829 (nothing will pop out at you- don't worry- we save that for the office).

We will charge sales tax in all states that collect sales tax (blame the Supreme Court on June 21, 2018).

Returns for refund due to your remorse, changed your mind, no longer need it, etc is welcomed to be shipped back to us at your expense and valid within 15 days of receipt of order- we have to add a 20% restocking fee to get those things forklifted back onto our shelves and make it look pretty again- please contact us at sales@usrubberandgasket.com to get this in motion- the shipping companies aren't as cooperative- they keep their shipping fees that we collected from you and gave to them and that portion won't be returned.

Need to cancel?  Do it fast- we're getting your order out the door in a few minutes- catch us before we say goodbye to your order and we'll cancel.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order (unless we oversleep).

Shipping fees are valid for the lower 48 states (Sorry Hawaii and Alaska). Just give us a call or email us at sales@usrubberandgasket.com and we'll see about getting you some palatable rates (hey- we love all- we've even been to Delta Junction AK!).
